Topic: ADI-2 DAC not detected by Windows 10

In the last months, I've been using the ADI-2 DAC with the SPDIF input. Yesterday, I tried to update the firmware so I connected it to my PC with a USB cable. The ADI-2 DAC was not detected by Windows 10. I installed the drivers, same results. I tried with my laptop, same results. I have another DAC (Topping D10) that is detected by both computers. Could it be a problem with the USB board ?

See handbook chapter 7.
It requires an installed driver of the MADIface series.
