Topic: Hardware&Diagnosis Missing?

So, i was looking at the forum about a problem with my DSP effects not working in a UFX.
Most if not all posts sugguest to run a Hardware&Diagnosis test.

So i go to my unit, hit setup/rev and try to find it in option... Nothing!
The only thing is there
1) Reverb Echo, Has only Reverb options, Echo are missing
2) Oprions -> Control Room
3) Setups -> Load/Store all settings

Of course i hit the down button (Press 2) to scroll through the menu.
Is it possible to missing a hardware option?!

Unit is running over USB on Win10 1903

Handbook 23.2

SETUP/REV.
Encoder 1 selects Setups, Options and Reverb/Echo.
   Options has the subpages Clock Options, HW Options/Diagnosis and Control Room Options.
   Reverb/Echo has the subpages Reverb and Echo.
The subpages are selected with encoder 2.

Thank you for your reply, was pressing instead of twisting.

Unfortunately needs service, is corrupted. hmm
