Topic: Babyface Pro -- Otical signal, can't get it to the headphones

What am I missing? I have the in set to optical. Out is set to phones. It is visible in Total mix and on the left LED's. Nothing in the headphones. I think I read the manual pretty well. I should be getting a signal in the phones

After you hit the Mix button and dial the volume up...
