Anyone tried it, any benefits in terms of latency etc. ? I just stumbled across the feature and thought maybe itta positive for hdspe (pcie) and uad2 pcie and others?

Its not special to this board, its normal.
Its always the same, some PCIe lanes come from CPU some from chipset.
You get no measurable benefits.
Its only the advantage that the CPU can directly access the PCIe cards without having to go through PCH.
