Topic: Traktor master/cue split not working

Hello

I am trying to use Traktor with the Babyface Pro, however I'm facing a strange problem.

I'm using Windows 10.

The cue function works, meaning I'm able to send the audio signal to the headphones only.
However, if the master channel of a deck is up on the Traktor mixer, it's also heard on the monitor(cue) channel..

What am I doing wrong?

I think somehow the Totalmix setup is wrong but no matter what I did I couldn't get it to work...
Also weird thing, If I mute for example the Left side of the main channel in Totalmix, I still hear a bit on the left speaker...so it seems related.

If I mute both left/right, then I hear the audio normally, as if I didn't mute anything (instead of hearing nothing)

First thing I would do is the total reset in Totalmix, menu Options / Reset options / Total Reset.
Then a proper routing and assign the main-out to the monitor speakers.
Watch all Youtube videos Totalmix.
There will be no Traktor preset as there are no other presets for any software player.
Traktor is a software and it's audio signal is visible in Totalmix in the middle row of channels, software playback channels, usually the first from left.
