Topic: Can not connect Totalmix remote

I have downloaded Totalmix Remote for my IOS Ipad tablet, and also on my IMac (I assume I need both the tutorial on Youtube wasn't clear).

On my tablet top Right corner I have the message 'Fireface UFX+ no access!'. When I open the app on IMac I get 'The Network Remote can not start services on the selected port'. The port is 7009.

What do I need to do to make this work?

The answer was to disconnect in settings, and then reconnect (it also helps if you ensure your tablet is held landscape!). Thought I'd post this in case anyone else has the same problem. It appears I didn't need to load the app onto my Imac as well.
