Topic: Usb c - Usb B for Fireface UC

Hi, I'm sure this has been asked before, but for some reason my search for "usb" returns 0 results. So, I must ask:

Just got a Fireface UC, and a new mac mini. Mac mini has USB A and USB C. Any advantage to using the USB C over A? If so, would I just do that with a USB C -> USB B cable?

Hi, thank you! I do see this thread: "UFX II and USB 3.1 / Typ C", I think that might be the one you mean?

It doesn't address the question of which is the more preferred (reliable!) method, the usb a ports or the usb c ports. would the Usb C ports provide a more robust connection? I suppose there's no effective difference internally to the cpu...

These are separated chipsets. Which is good as they give you more opportunities in case of problems.
