Hello,

I have been having compatibility issues with some programs running macOS while using my Babyface Pro. For instance, if I am in a conference call using Discord, people can hear me but I am unable to hear their voice input. However, I am able to hear the various sounds that discord produces such as entering and leaving a channel, going to mute mode, etc. I have triple checked that my I/O settings are the way I want them in the app and in system preferences.

I have also attempted to collaborate with some friends through a zoom meeting while streaming Logic Pro X. This will only work if I select the zoom audio device in Logic but this prohibits me from using any of my Babyface inputs.

I feel like these issues may be related. Has anyone else encountered any of this? My Babyface pro works well while I work on my projects but for some reason struggles with compatibility in steaming apps. Thanks in advance.
