Topic: I now have two monitors hooked up, how do i hear both simultaneously?

I am lucky enough to own 2 pair of DYNAUDIO.  Main pair on AN 1/2 is BM6A MK II and the second pair on AN 3/4 is BM5 MKIII

hacking around with totalmix i was able to activate a SPEAKER B button and can switch between.  If I wanted to be a goofball, how would I go about hear BOTH sets at the same time?

i have fireface400 and they are connected VIA mogami gold TRS to AN1/2 and AN3/4 to XLR-M.

Re: I now have two monitors hooked up, how do i hear both simultaneously?

Hmmm ... Do not assign AN3/4 to" Main Out B".
Then AN3/4 are not part of control room anymore.
But you can turn the fader as you like and then all outputs should be active.

You could ty to create a fader group of  AN1/2 and AN3/4 so that all fader move together.

Maybe you even need to unassign AN1/2 from "Main Out" for that, but I think not.

That FADER group could not have been easier to do, and works great!  An interesting thing ... check out the pic I am linking.

The Dynaudio you see on the ISO risers are the BM6A MKII.  The Dynaudio below are the BM5 MKIII that were in a closet and that I just setup yesterday and have on a fader group now and mute eitehr pair depeniding on what i'm doing.  For music playback, having them bnoth on at same time sounds BEAUTIFULLY DELICIOUS becasue theya re DYNAUDIO amazing pieces of wonder from DENMARK.

TO MY POINT:  I have been using the BM6 for LONG time and know them.  They have been on those iso acoustic stands for long time.  Well, the BM5 that sit on desk directly below and are not decoupled..  The difference in bass and mid output is STAGGERING between the two.  There is M U C H more bass and mid coming from the smaller BM5 since they are basically using my desk as a resonant piece of furniture.  I switch up to the BM6 and the bass is mostly gone.  So the mix of both is working well.
