Topic: Volume control is different all of the sudden

My output knob is now directly connected to the main output in totalmix. It also feels like I can't push the volume. Before I was able to push the volume up in ableton to a limitless output. Is it just me? Has this alwasy been how it worked. I feel like it was not. I have been using this audio interface for 8 months now and I feel like I would have been used to it by now. The change seems pretty obvious.

If you want answers tell us first what you are talking about. Which interface, operating system etc.

Sorry about that!I have a Babyface Pro FS. Windows 10 operating system with a custom built PC.

The BF Pro dial is always working on the output selected in the unit's output section. It is only connected to Mains of TM FX if Mains is set to the same channel, AN 1/2. I have no clue how a 'limitless' output level should be possible as both unit and TM FX are limited to +6 dB.
