Topic: RME UC headphone socket

Hi, my headphone pin has broken off inside the socket in my RME UC. My unit is 6 years old, so well out of warranty. Does anyone know how I would go about getting the pin out? Does the socket unscrew somehow or does the whole unit need to be taken apart?

The unit has to be disassembled and a new phones socket soldered in. You can send the unit in for repair, or get in touch with competent technicians around you (typically found in musical instrument stores).
