Topic: UFX+ Thunderbolt not detected after windows restart

Hi,

I have UFX+ connected to PC based on Gigabyte Z390 AORUS PRO with Gigabyte GC-TITAN RIDGE Thunderbolt Card and via Startech Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 Adapter (TBT3TBTADAP).

Everything runs smoothly except for one thing:

After Windows restart (using just Restart, not turing off and on) UFX+ is not detected. There is no UFX+ device in Windows Device Manger, TotalMix doesn't turn on...
Then I have to power off and power on the UFX+ or disconnect/connect thunderbolt cable and it is detected again.

When I just shutdown PC and then start it again everything is fine - UFX+ is detected. 

It looks like during warm restart UFX+ is not re-initialized or something.

Is it normal/known issue?
Can I somehow fight against it (maybe some BIOS settings related to cold vs warn reboot)?

More likely an issue of the TB card, I'd assume, not something I've heard elsewhere...
