Topic: MADI sync vs. word clock
I’m using a Black Lion MicroClock that serves as word clock master to an SSL Alpha Link converter, which connects via MADI to an HDSPe MADI card. Should there be any difference in signal quality if the sync reference for the card (which is set to slave mode) is MADI, compared to running another cable from the Black Lion clock for word clock sync reference?
