Topic: Octamic XTC: channels in full clip after switching off phantom!

Hi,
my beautiful Octamic XTC has some problems. When I switch off the phantom power on channels 7 and 8 they go full clipping.
I have changed microphones and cables, problem is always there.
After I switch off the unit and I power it on again, the problem is gone.

What could it be?
