My Cubase can't find ASIO Fireface USB. When I try to put it on in Studio Setup in my Cubase 9.5. I get this message: hdspf init failed. What can I do to get it working again

In Audio Connections there's only Generic Low Latency ASIO. How can I get the sound back to my computer and continue recording?
Alright, found it: the hole where you put USB in is broken; actually it fell inside the box. Is there a way to repair it?
