Hey all.
          First post here. Recently changed from PT HD3 system with 192 to using PT Ultimate, RME HDSPe cards with SSL Alpha MX and SX. First thing I noticed is that PT BUS no longer allows me to assign BUS like before when I was using the PT HD cards. I now need to have each BUS assigned to an output. Even after I have setup the IO input and output sections correctly on each PT channel. I no longer have the use of BUS and output, only out as a BUS. I have googled this issue but because I’m using PT Ultimate with RME cards and SSL outboard gear so I’m not getting enough information.

Also the SSL MX and SX are acting as two separate units. So when connected via MADI in daisy chain mode MX and SX have each an “1” input. The manuals only allow setup with SSL cards. So I can only go so far in using SSL manuals.

What am I not doing or is this an RME card issue?
