Topic: RME Hammerfall HDSP 9632 PCI - not found - Linux & Windows

I recently bought a HDSP 9632 PCI second hand.
The card is not found either in Linux or in Windows.

The Seller sended me this Driver-Pack for Windows:

This is what lspci in Linux says:

This is what I dont see in the Hardwaremonitor inside Windows:

My Motherboard is Gigabyte GA-Z77X-UD3H.

What I did so far:
1. Plugged of all USB-Kabels beside Keyboard and Mouse
2. switched of Onboard-Sound (High Definition Via HD Sound) inside Bios
3. Set inside Bios PCI to GEN1
4. deinstalled all drivers then shut down PC for half hour and downloaded 4.29 and tried those

What I did not have done so far is (because of the hour of now [nighttime]):
1. cleaned Pins
2. tried PC of my sleeping brother

Will do that tomorrow.

Any further suggestions are Welcome :-)

Greetings
Lino

Hello!

The HDSP 9632 drivers for Windows are here: https://rme-audio.de/downloads/driver_hdsp_win_436.zip

and the firmware is here: https://rme-audio.de/downloads/fut_wdm_dsp.zip

For Linux, I'm sorry, but I don't know!

Re: RME Hammerfall HDSP 9632 PCI - not found - Linux & Windows

OK I solved the Problem.

What I did:

1. build it in another computer without connector cables and it worked
2. build it in my computer without connector cables and it worked too

Thread can be closed as solved.

PS:
What I did was out of several posts in the forum.
The point of letting the cables off while first reboot was my idea and it worked.
So in this thread is now every solution suggestion i found.
