Topic: UFX+ make small noise on all input with 176/192k sample rate
I don't connect any input at current.
Not happen on lower sample rate.
Does it means a potential hardware failure?

It probably means you have a noise source in your room that's over 24 Khz, but below 96 kHz.
To "measure" what your inputs are doing, you should connect a 200 Ohm resistor on the balanced inputs. Open inputs usually find something to show as noise.
This is expected, the meters here are not band limited so you'll see a higher noise floor when set to 192k, due to noise shaping in the A/D converter chip. As Cyrano said, the noise is at a higher frequency than your system can reproduce, so no real problem.
Also explained in the manual, chapter 40.7, Noise level in DS/QS mode.
