I have updated my Fireface UFX+ to firmware USB 53, DSP 46, TB 108, Class Compliant 108

Release notes inform of the following Improvements / Changes in Fireface UFX+:

V 53/46/108: Added mute which suppresses click noise when switching Single/Double/Quad speed while input monitoring is active.

I still having the click noise if I change from 44100 to 88200, or from 48000 to 92000. etc

'Click noise' sounds harmless, and can not be avoided completely in all cases. The change in the firmware addresses this specific case, which could be quite loud:
