Topic: sonnet echo expresscard34 thunderbolt adapter issue

but in my case, blue screen msg is different. and it was not solved by regedit.

in my blue screen case is,
"SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED"
"TbtBusDrv.sys"

I pull out HDSPe expresscard from adapter, and connect only sonnet echo adapter box to pc, this got same report and blue screen as well...
so the cause is not HDSPe card but echo adapter side. (sorry about posting here... but I'm in trouble...)

I bought this windows machine in feb.
I connect HDSPe expresscard via echo adapter then, it was no problem and working well.
But I connect again in few days ago, I got blue screen...
so it may be caused by windows update, but I don't know certainly.

if anyone can give advise for solve this, please help.

OS version is win10 pro, 20H2 latest.
machine is razer blade stealth late2020.

I'm asking sonnet support as well.
