Topic: Totalmix Talkback button no Midi response

Hi,
I've been trying to control the Talkback button with a midi controller. It is supposed to activate with an A#6 Note on midi channel 1. However I get no response at all. I'm on a mac mini 2018 with latest Fireface UC drivers (1.73). The Totalmix Remote app on my iPad does work (wonky connection though) so I think there is a bug here somewhere in the midi implementation.

To be fair I should have typed latest TotalMix version..
Anyway, I'm already up to date and it still does not work..
Any other tips?

Try A#5 and A#7. Make sure velocity is on max.

Hi Matthias,
I tried these and unfortunately this also doesn't work. See attached screenshot https://arnoudtraa.stackstorage.com/s/screenshot/ with settings for the midi controller and it's output as seen by MidiView.
What you are seeing is the setup I'm using and it's settings: I'm using the Genki Wave Ring in conjunction with Softwave by Genki instruments. it's a midi controller with 3 buttons and is perfect during VO recording.. I can click talkback with my left thumb or dim the output by choosing either button.. but Totalmix does not seem to be able to capture it.
And, to be sure, I've tried with MidiView closed and with other controllers, faders are responding, notes don't respond.
What could be wrong?
