Topic: Routing issue with RME Fireface UCX and bluetooth

Hi there,

I know this is not a typical application but I was wondering if the following is possible
I plug in my guitar rig (axe-fx etc) into Analog 1/2 this works fine using the RME as in and out to regular speakers but when I switch to Bose Bluetooth headphones it won't work.

I'm using windows 10, under "open sound settings" input is Analog (1+2) (RME Fireface UCX)

and output device "Speakers (Bluetooth Audio)

I can see the input working and the output (regular music will play using VLC etc)

But the RME does not pass through ....is this possible to do?

Just as a convenience at night for playing etc smile

You will need to re-route with external software. This brings added latency. But I expect the Bluetooth latency already to be too much to have fun playing guitar...
