hi anyone using laptop , pioneer djm 900 nexus 2 and rme adi 2 fs?
i want to connect my djm 900 out to my rme is it possible? any dj using this similar set up,
is it using digital out to coax input to rme? but i have no sound

What is connected to the macbook via USB ?
And what is the job of the ADI-2 in this scenario ?
Do you want to record your DJ session with the macbook ?
And yes it is possible to connect the digital out of the DJM to the IN (white coax connector) on the ADI-2.

• Which ADI-2, there are 3: ADI-2 DAC FS, ADI-2 PRO (FS), or ADI-2 FS (without LCD display)?
• If you plug headphones into ADI-2, can you hear the DJM 900?

im using traktor pro 3,5 , djm 900 and rme adi 2 dac fs,
Usually im using djm 900 soundcard, and connecting my speaker direct from my djm
mac - (usb) -djm900 -speaker
now i want mac (usb) - djm 900 - rme - speaker
any suggestion aggregate device or routing

The DJM has a few settings, by default it is set to 96kHz, may be you should set the ADI to that sample rate and the clock source to digital input ?
It should work the way you want it in your set.
A simple cinch cable from the DJM digital out to the digital input on the ADI should work when the configuration is set correct.
If you don’t hear the sound on headphones plugged into ADI-2 Pro, check if you selected Coax as input on ADI.
Activate SRC (Sample Rate Converter) for the digital input.
It’s possible to do without, but makes things easier.
