Topic: Unable to flash Multiface firmware 17 to 20?

I downloaded the latest firmware for my Multiface connected to a PCI card. It's current firmware version is 17 and the latest update should flash it to v20 but...it's not working!?

The flash tool doesn't detect my card and just shows 'unknown card'??

The first is HDSPe, this version is for PCI Express cards. The second is for PCI cards. Only the 2nd one is valid for your RME card.
