My MADIFACE XT is showing a blank screen (white) when I power it up, it is not recognized by my MacBook pro. Everything was working 3 weeks ago, I havent used it since then.
I tried also with a Windows Laptop, same results.
When I disconnect the USB cable and turn it on, same rsult, blank screen, not reacting when pressing the encoders.

Long time RMe user, I have a babyface, eHDSM Madi and AES, this is a new unit I got 1 month ago.
Am I missing something, or should I send the unit in to the retailer?
