Topic: Babyface Pro FS USB issues

Hello,

I purchased a new Babyface Pro FS and started the setup on Windows 10 PC using a USB 2 cable. When I plugged it in, I see the power is on, and I was able to put it in PC mode. The system didn't recognize it, and I'm not able to install the driver with the cable bundled within the box (no outputs listed as well).

I successfully installed the driver and updated the firmware with a different cable, but I'm not sure why the RME cable causes this behavior. I see the power on the device, but the system doesn't see it.

Let me know if you have any ideas why this might be.

You might have not inserted the RME cable far enough. It needs some pressure to be pressed in completely.
