New Windows 10 PC with Thunderbolt Card. I have StarTech and Apple tb3 to tb2 adapters and cables. Both sets of adapters and cables were used with same results. White LED is there for both sets so, cables should be good. TotalMix FX app is not showing up so DAW does not see the UFX+ audio device. Tried USB and that works as expected. I want the TB to work too, any ideas on why the TotalMix FX app is not coming up, when I turn the device on with TB connectivity? Both win USB and TB drivers were successfully downloaded. And of course, I do not have USB and TB connected at the same time.
