Topic: HELP Hammerfall DSP Multiface 1 not working on B550 ROG STRYX.

I need to get my Hammerfall DSP Multiface 1st gen working on :

MOBO : ASUS ROG STRIX B550-A GAMING
CPU : RYZEN 3900X
OS: WINDOWS 10 PRO X64 (Not Activated)
RME PCI Card : Hammerfall DSP Multiface PCI Interface Card V.1.8
Alibaba Legacy PCI to PCIe x1 converter.

Which drivers and version of TotalMix FX to install for my card ?

The RME drivers which worked on my previous Intel Haswell X97 system
was with :

- driver_fw_win_3122
- driver_hdsp_win_429
- fut_wdm_dspe
- fut_wdm_dsp
- dc_592_win
- tmfx_win_remote (Note it never sync, always searching for configured host connections and i remember TotalMix FX in the past didnt need an online connection now it seems im blocked from using it).

I have a SPDIF OUT on Motherboard and an IN in RME Multifacce 1. Can it be a possible alternative just that i dont remember where or if i still have my fiber optic cable for SPDIF connection.

I cannot function in my works without a soundcard please help me RME team.

Miliseconds after click finish apparently driver installed succesfully
(RME HDSP Series (06/07/2021 4.3.8.0) but my card RED LED Host Error static light On.

Restarted computer but i think i will reInstall windows10 completely.

It is not recognised by system. A whole day of troubleshootings with no results.

Maybe i am missing some vc runtime or framework windows drivers or some crucial BIOS settings?

Check the Device Manager. If the HDSPe is not shown in there directly or as unkown device, click on the computer name in the list, then in the menu Action on 'Scan for hardware changes ' (or right click on computer in the tree list). See if that brings it up.

BTW, your comment on TM FX Remote: The Remote version does not run on the host. And never did.

Finally  i reinstalled a fresh Windows10 and installed ( driver_hdsp_win_414 ) RME driver and it works like a charm!

Just question, did you lost some of latency using pci to pcie adapter compared to ordinary pci slot in old board?
