Topic: FF 800: Chaos with driver 3.40 and with 3.41 the FF is not recognized

Driver 3.40
The interface flashes before the computer starts and is often not recognized. Only switching ON / OFF several times will get the FF running.
Driver 3.41
Installation without problems, the driver was "allowed" in the security settings, the computer restarted several times. The FF is not recognized.
Back to driver 3.40 with all the problems. :-(

Is there a solution?

Test the unit on a different computer. It might be defective and need service, like a new power supply.
