although a high price (30 euro without 230V cable plug) for not branded do you know if using such Impulse power supply will achieve better quality than using usb power from pc

It's the original RME power supply and the connector has those special winglets to connect the cable safely to the Babyface.
The soundquality should not be affected at all.
You will be on the safe side having enough electricity during long recording sessions.
