Hi,
i have an old adapter chassis to connect my hdspe aio card to a laptop but the internal fan isn‘t working anymore…do you know if the hdspe aio card gets really hot under load? do you think i could use the chassis and card without a fan?
The AIO card does not get hot nor draws a lot of current. Fans are not needed, even for the adapter chassis itself, unless you have more than one AIO in use.

…i reckon this goes also for the old hdspe pci card (the one to connect a multiface), correct? (since it‘s only a „connector“ and the math is done inside the multiface)…
