I've just set up a UCXii brand new out the box and if I move the unit it switches it self off. It looks like its the power supply connection into the unit.
If this a fault with the unit. Or does every have this issue.
If I wiggle the power supply cable gently the unit switches off. even though the green light on the actual power cable remains on.
Loathed to send it back as I've waited so long for one of these

I believe it is lockable, so it is probably not inserted correctly or fully. See the manual

The connector at the power supply and the socket at the unit come
with a turn to lock feature. When inserting the connector make
sure the little wings are aligned correctly so that the connector is
fully inserted. Then turn the connector so that it is locked and can no
longer be removed. If not fully inserted the connection will be loose
and cause power loss when the cable is moved.
Its definitely inserted correctly but I didnt know about the lock.
If I lift the cable straight up the device shuts down

The power jack is not fully connected. I just sent you an email with an attachment demonstrating the locking tabs, I hope that helps.

I didn't realise that it HAD to be locked. That has indeed fixed the issue.
