Topic: loose parts in a ADI-2 Pro Anniversary Edition

Today I have used the XLR Analog Output for the first time after 2 years. Suddenly I have recognized that the black metal part between the two inside connections has a crooked position to the left side. When I hold the device to the right side the part changed the direction to the right side. Additionally I have seen a thin white part with the same size which felt down to the PCB during this movement.

Should I bring this device to a dealer or the distributor for a check or a repair?

A picture may help. I don’t even know there is a black metal part.

If you want it to be fixed by RME just contact support.
It’s just a jack replacement so should be easy and quick.

Ok, on the first picture the crooked metal part is visible. With the lightning the color is more grey than black.
The second picture is showing the thin white part which has fallen to the right side of the pcb:

This is not an issue that needs repair unless you want it to be perfect, visually. The LED cover is loose, that's all. Oh, and it is NOT metal.
