Did you correctly installed the driver? It should go through an installation process, e.g. ask you to agree the terms of licence.

When you do the flash, what message can you see at the box?

Start the Flash Update Tool. It displays
the current revision of the ADI-2 DAC
firmware, and whether it needs an update or not. If so, then simply press the
'Update' button. A progress bar will indicate when the flash process is finished
(Verify Ok).

Yes.   

Maybe it's best for us to start again, right from the beginning.    The FUT utility is a remarkably easy tool to use, and it seems to me that a basic step is being omitted.

OK, now clear, you flashed the firmware 66/41.

The latest is 78/48 which can be download, use this link:

Overwrite the old one and try again.
