Topic: FIREFACE 400 FW Chipset

Is there a compatibility list for the firewire chipsets?
My new computer doesn't have fw, i found a pci controller with TI TSB43AB23 chipset any idea if this will work?

Texas Instruments (TI) chipsets preferred, except for the XIO2200A.

This one works and Exsys has a good PCB build quality.
