Topic: FF800 inputs and ADAT send

Hello,

I have two problems with my ff800:
1. Three inputs do not work, it is the 1 on the front and the 5.6.
2. When I connect it to my ff400 in ADAT I only have 4 inputs that work 7,8,9,10 on the front (it's already good) but I would need inputs 1,2,3,4 too .
The settings of the 2 fireface settings are normally ok (44.1khz, master and slave, etc...).
I do not understand.
Does somebody have an idea?

You say the fireface settings are ok, that means you can connect the FF800 to a computer and have a look into the Totalmix ?
Are there input signals visible from some inputs or from all inputs ?
Check every input, then you can tell if an input of the device is broken.
Also check then the routing of the input channel to the right adat output channel.
