Topic: [Solved] Digiface USB sync clock won't stay synced

Hi there,

Running a DigiFace USB (serial #24062457) with a Prism Orpheus in Direct ADAT Mode. The clock won't stay synced on any of ADATs 1-4 for longer than 10-15 seconds at a time. The Input Status switches between "lock" and "sync" continually. This happens at 44.1khz and 48khz.

I recently switched to the Digiface from a Fireface UC. The Fireface was syncing with no issues with the Orpheus. All the settings and cables are the same on the Orpheus. I have also tried 3 different toslink cables to check it's not an error there.

- OSX Catalina
- Firmware 18
- Totalmix 1.22
- Clock set as internal

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

TotalMix 1.22 - is that a typo? Driver 3.22? The Prism seems to be in internal clock mode...set the DF USB to sync to its ADAT input to check.

Driver 3.22. That seems to have fixed it though. Silly me! Thank you for the swift response, very much appreciated.
