Topic: Fireface 800 Head Phone Operation -

Mics & MicPres plugged in - visually working - but no sound from the phones - anyone know why?  Or how to set them up ?

You should set up the control room part of Totalmix, starting perhaps with reading the manual, or at the very least watching the excellent tutorial videos on Youtube.
