Do you guys know of any way to rackmount this unit?

The one above on the page is for those units with screw-holes at the sides only.

Thank you!

Is there a manual or anything?  There are screws and a bunch of holes, but they don't even explain which holes to use or anything... The FS R BE was a bit pricey to have to be forced to "Guesstimate".

I’d consider this self-explanatory:

• Remove at least 2 bottom screws from ADI-2.
• Lay it on a table upside down, preferably on a piece of cloth to protect table and ADI.
• Lay the rackmount on top and align the position.
• Find the screwholes that coincide and put the screws in.
Don’t over tighten the screws.

There are no scews to be removed on a Pro. On a DAC one has to remove the screwed feet first.

Re: ADI-2 Pro FS R Mounting Options

One year later .. a few questions regarding: https://www.thomann.de/de/rme_halterung_19.htm

1. Does the new RME Uni-Rack II have screws,
that allow to place an ADI-2 Pro FS R BE in the centre just in case that you have only one 9.5" device?

2. Do the screws allow for placement of ADI-2 Pro FS R BE and ADI-2/4 Pro SE side by side?
In some - possibly old - threads about older versions of the rack tray, I read that when some 9.5" units were installed,
the units were skewed because the holes were not precise enough.
    Is this problem fixed now?

3. How to use the rack tray. I see there are only 4 screws included.
Do you have to unscrew the rubber feet of all devices first and then fix each device with (only) 2 screws each?
I would have thought for stability reasons that 4 screws each would be used, but there are only 4 in total.

Many thanks for answering.

Re: ADI-2 Pro FS R Mounting Options

1: No, it can only be mounted on the left or the right.
2: Yes, all ADI-2 Pro's can mounted next to each other. Actually all RME 9,5" units, besides the ADI-2 DAC fit in the Unirack. I do not know about any skewed problems (yet). You just need to find the right holes, by aligning the devices to the front of the rack.
3: 5 screws are included now. The weight of the devices is carried by the rack, the screws are just there that the devices don't move. Yes, you need the remove the rubber feet. They are self adhesive rubber feet. No screws here.

Oh, that was quick :-)

Many thanks for the comprehensive reply, that clears everything up.
