Topic: Help. Babyface Pro FS very low instrument input signal?

Hello.

Sorry in advance for what might be a dumb question.

I may need some help figuring out if I have a faulty interface or if the Babyface Pro FS is just made this way.

I am experiencing a very low signal when connecting my guitar to either one of the input 3 or 4 on the Babyface Pro FS interface.
I have set the input to -10dBV and I turn the gain knob all the way to 9, and still get a somewhat weak signal (never had the issue with other brand interfaces).

Am I missing something here? Or is the Babyface Pro FS input gain on the low side to begin with?
As it seems now I can't really record my guitar DI with the Babyface.
