Topic: ISSUE PROBLEM PLAYBACK SOFTWARE LOOP GLITCHED Babyface pro fs

Hi! I bought a new BabyFace Pro Fs and set up okey.
A few days a go i have the next problem, when a play music truoght windows goes to the playback software AN 1/2, but also generate a loop glitch in the PH 3/4 software playback channel. Then when i stop the audio the loop plays a fewer times and finish. This not happens when a play a sound true a DAW like Ableton.

I have installeted Sonarworks but if i closed the program, the problem also happens.

Driver and firmware version of BF Pro? Also I am not sure that 'closing' Sonarworks is enough, as it works on system level, means in the background (AFAIK).
