Topic: DELL XPS 17 9720 With thunderbolt 4 won't detect UFX+

Hey

My new laptop (Dell xps 17 9720 2022, with thunderbolt 4) wont recognize my UFX+.
I installed the thunderbolt ufx+ driver and tried both of these adapters below
and it wont work:

How do i solve this issue?
Btw, the ufx+ works fine with the usb cable and drivers.
