Topic: SOLVED! No headphone sound - please advise?

All of a sudden on my windows 10 system I can no longer hear any audio through my headphones (2 x pairs) plugged into my BabyFace pro?

According to my Total Mix version 1.79 on my BabyFace Pro, the dial is controlling my headphone strip and the leds are working (going up and down but no sound) - can add picture but I do not know how to on this forum?
My speaker audio is fine.
I plugged my BabyFace Pro into my older Windows 7 system and everything worked fine so it looks like some sort of windows 10 conflict.
I have never had any issues with my BabyFace Pro before (rock solid) I 've even done some Windows 10 system restores - and Full Total Mix resets but still my problem is here. (How do I uninstall Total Mix and reinstall?) if this will help?

Please advise as I rely on my headphones for mastering and mixing...

The first thing comes to my mind, the headphone is plugged in to the guitar input instead of the headphone output socket ?

Wish it was that simple - but no I’m using the headphone out puts (both of them) I have a Microkorg plugged into inputs 3+4

Next thing I would try, reflashing the firmware.

Thanks I have done this, audio still registering with leds on Total Mix headphones channel but no audio coming out of headphones.

Problem Solved!

(I have read in the past its not advisable to use a usb hub)

I have a couple of Powered USB 3.0 Hubs connected to my PC - I switched hubs for the BabyFace Pro and all is good again so it looks like one hub port is maybe developing a fault / maybe not powering the BabyFace Pro enough?
