Topic: Sonarworks and fireface uc problem, uc compatibility

I have the soundifreference room measurement software. It suddenly does not work anymore so I cannot make a speaker measurement to create a profile for my room.
I thought this must be a software issue from sonarworks and wrote a ton with their support, but now i am testing on an audient id14 and I do not seem to have problems here.

First thing is, the output channels of the firefae uc are not recognized, only in wasapi mode. The id14 is recognized by sonarworks without wasapi and it detects asio channels.
I already tested it once though with the fireface uc and speaker profile was able to be created, but suddenly now it does not work anymore. What could be the root of this? Is there a firmware problem with the uc or a driver problem? Has windows 10 destroyed the compatibility once more? Is this a known issue on the fireface uc and is there a solution to this?
How long will the fireface Uc be supported and will there be a compatibility for windows 11?

Sure the unit is in PC mode and not in AC (Apple computer) mode ?

Doubleclick the encoder when the unit is not connected to a computer toggles PC - AC.

And if that doesn't help: Driver version? Firmware version?

ok, i wanted to exclude that there is any issue from the interfaces side. I have finally come to a solution regarding this. It was no interfaces fault, I could test with another interface, just something about those hideous windows updates. Although hiding it with a special tool wushowhide.diagcab to prevent it from installing after my desktop kept crashing after the update, and rolling it back it forcefully installed itself against all measures and made the soundid reference software unusable on my main desktop pc. I had to use my laptop to succesfully make any measurements and imported the file onto my main pc. I will not be able to make measurements there.
The issue was the pc not the interface.
Fireface uc still works very well.
