Hey guys,

Having a few issues setting up a second hand fireface UCX I just purchased.

I have it all powered up and ready to go into my PC - with Windows 11.

The device is selected on computer to play audio - latest drivers installed etc.

I have no speakers at my house at the moment so I’ve connected Some headphones to the phones 7/8 Jack to make sure everything works.

I’ve tried to play some music and All I’m getting through the headphones is a very distant and extremely distorted version of the music. It’s as if the plug isn’t in correctly, but it’s..and headphones + adapter have been tested on other devices and are all good.

Anything I could be doing wrong? I’m new to this audio interface stuff so,
Bit of a noob.
