Topic: Availability (or lack thereof) of ADI 2/4 in US

Hello RME world,
this is my first post so I hope I'm in the right place.  I would very much like to buy a ADI 2/4 Pro but apparently it's not in stock with Sweetwater, VintageKing etc.  A vendor emailed me back and said they might get some units in Q3 (???!!!).  I also tried Thomann and they too haven't heard back from RME regarding availability.  Is this unit sold out or is it the chip shortage?  Thanks for any user experiences out there.

The “SE” designation in ADI-2/4 Pro SE stands for “Special Edition”.

Early announcements mentioned limited numbers to be produced.

I have it and if you need it’s extra features compared to ADI-2 Pro I’d say it’s worth some patience in waiting for delivery.

If you don’t need the extras, ADI-2 Pro will serve you well.

I thought I read somewhere it is available at B&H.
