Topic: Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro - correct setting

My current headphones are the
Beyerdynamic DT 990 Pro. Impedance is 250 Ohm.
My question is: what is correct Phones setting for these headphones in TotalMix (for my UFXII)?
High or Low?

If it sounds loud enough for you on the Low power setting with the output fader up, then you do not need High power.
