Would DIGICheck and the EQ display on the front of ADI-2 DAC fs ever show different readings?

Of course, as you can change for example the Attack time on DIGICheck to not see any short time peaks.

Sorry, I'm not presenting my question well. I recently did a room calibration using REW and made the recommended eq corrections using the onboard EQ in the ADI-2 DAC fs instead of a plugin on last slot of master. I used all 5 bands and the additional two band (Bass & Treble) that I customized to specific frequencies. Essentially getting me a 7 band eq. My concerns are does DigiCheck NG read after my DAW and includes the EQ settings in the ADI-2 DAC fs? Is this a good way to try to get a more accurate listening situation? Let me know if I'm making sense... Any help here is GREATLY appreciated as always!

You can Loopback the DAC playback signal including FX and then see the EQ-affected signal in DC NG. Was that your question?
