Topic: Error in ADI-2fs manual
I was encouraged on facebook to submit this error on 'the forum' so that it can be fixed quickly.
On page 9 of the manual -- about use of the digital output to an AES input -- it states "Pins 2 and 3 of a female XLR plug are connected individually to the two pins of a phono plug"
As the ADI-2 has RCA outputs, the XLR end of the required RCA-to-XLR adapter would typically be male for this application. The text there is merely repeated from the text on the previous page about inputting AES digital to the ADI-2, where a female XLR is appropriate.
