Topic: Updating 12Mic and other devices..

Just an idea. Wouldn't it be useful to display a warning during firmware updates on the display like:

"Firmware updating...
  Do not power-off or
  remove LAN cable"

It might be useful, when the device is placed in a different room.
Might help to avoid any potential issues by disconnection during the download, update, flashing process …

Hi ramses,

for the latest 12Mic-D firmware 1.1.0 update that warning would have indeed made sense. But it would have required an additional firmware update to implement the warning prior to the 1.1.0 firmware update. Future updates will again be protected against accidental power-off. So all in all, with the exception of 1.1.0, customers do not need to be worried or warned.
